Copley Properties is a family run, private company which has expanded over the last 12 years to ensure it meets the requirements of today’s modern student. Our goal is to provide high standard accommodation for students in the Sheffield area at an affordable price.

We own all of the properties and carry out annual refurbishments to ensure they are all up to date and offer a modern high standard of living accommodation. All properties are fully furnished for today’s modern student ensuring comfort and practicality as well as safety and security allowing you to enjoy student life whilst studying in Sheffield.

Our properties range from 1 bedroom flats to 18 bedroom houses all within easy access to Sheffield Hallam and Sheffield University.

90% of our houses have now been let, so hurry to get the last few. Viewings have started again from Monday 18th January for all of the late bookers !!!

We still have a 4 bed house for City Centre Campus on Charlotte Road(£55) and a 3 bed and a 4 bed(£53) house in Sharrow.We also have two 4 beds left in Hunters Bar(£48/£55).In Walkley,we have 1 studio flat at £75 p.w. and one 2 bed flat at £50 per person per week.Hurry and arrange a viewing before the choice is even more limited.
